Can I get a free alteration if my shirt doesn’t fit?
Sure. You can submit an alteration request within 60 days of the delivery date. Alterations on first order are free, but please be sure you’ve got the measures right when you submit the request, because they will be considered final and we will have to charge a fee for any further corrections.
How do I submit an alteration request?
Log into your account and submit your request for an alteration, then enter the new dimensions for your shirt. Please keep in mind that the new dimensions will be saved in your profile and used for any future orders, unless you manually change them. Please also note that alteration shipping costs are for the customer’s expense.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 60 days of the delivery date.
